Responsibilities
• Build out marketing resources, establish standards, hire and develop talent
• Assemble, manage, lead, and evaluate competent specialized marketing teams
• Identify and vet creative partners, agencies, and freelance resources
• Lead strategic growth planning, create and manage budgets, measure ROI
• Set vision for long term goals while delivering on short term needs
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloads
• Convey complex ideas and data simply and clearly in writing or presentations
• Frame problems or opportunities and apply structured, resourceful problem solving to
develop solutions or recommendations that move the business forward
Requirements
• Love technology, excited about the future
• 10 years marketing experience, 3 years managing teams
• Robust brand, product, and performance marketing experience
• Strong creative sensibility and execution efficiency
• Multi-channel communication and marketing experience
• Proven track record of campaign management and promotional strategy development
• Master at measuring, monitoring, and reporting marketing performance metrics
• Experience in a management leadership role, hiring, managing, and evaluating employees
• Experience leading, collaborating and driving decision making with diverse teams of peers
• Proven experience developing strategically grounded, creative ideas across digital and
traditional media, for major consumer brands
• Consumer electronics experience
• Chinese language ability strongly preferred
