Job Description（工作地点在荷兰）
We’re looking for a self-motivated, proactive Business Development Manager to join Zeasn team in the company’s Netherlands office. As part of the team, the ideal candidate will seek out new clients, maintain existing clients and stay ahead of trends in digital entertainment with a specific focus on Europe and Latam market.

Job responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Following industry trends locally and internationally, researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
- Writing business proposals, drafting and reviewing contracts
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Developing growth strategies and plans

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 Year Experience in a related role
- To have effective teamwork skills—especially when a group of people are working together from different regions.
- Experience and strong knowledge of digital marketing, digital advertising and operation of smart devices.
- Experience about contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal presentation skills in English, Portugal or Spanish.
- Motivation and commitment to succeed.
- Digital media work experience in Latin America will be preferred.
