Description of Function岗位描述

The Service Engineer is responsible for all activities related to service works like installations, commissioning and After Sales Service.
服务工程师负责所有与服务工作相关的活动，比如安装，调试及售后服务。


Duties and Responsibilities主要工作职责
1. Technical support and training for clients.
向客户提供技术支持及培训。

2. Technical service works like installation, commissioning and After Sales Service.
技术服务工作，比如安装，调试及售后服务。

3. Give recommendations for necessary Spare Parts during visits.
访问期间提供关于必要备件的建议。

4. Feedback of quality problems or customer requests.
反馈质量问题或客户要求。

5. Enhance customer satisfaction through customer visit, prompt technical support, etc.
通过对客户的访问、快速的技术支持等，提高客户的满意度。

6. Help and supports other departments on technical questions.
在技术问题上帮助和支持其他部门。

7. Provides Service Reports after every service intervention.
每一次服务介入后都需提供服务报告。


JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:
此岗位要求具备下列个人能力,及达到可接受绩效所需的能力.还有工作经验的要求。


a) Education学历:
Bachelor or degree above in mechanic, Electrical integration or other related major
本科或以上学历，机械，电气一体化等相关专业毕业

b) Experience工作经验:
At least 3 years related working experience in foreign manufactory company.
至少三年及以上外企机械制造企业工作经验

c) Travel Frequency出差频率: > 50%
> 50%出差频率

d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
• Good in English understanding, writing and speaking
英语听说读写流利
• Good command of office software word, excel
能灵活运用微软office软件
• Willing to travel if necessary
愿意出差
• Loyalty to company, trustworthy in personality, patience in work, strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit
