Foreign Architect Director

Job Description:
1、Work for urban design, building concept design, schematic design bidding, and development design stage work;
2、Experience in Conceptual Design project process, strong understanding of local planning codes.
3、Cooperate with Chief Architect or project director to carry out design and relevant work and report to them.

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree in architecture or above;
2、About 10 years design experience in architects firms, working experiences in famous design institute/ famous foreign design agency are preferred;
3、Good command of working software such as Auto CAD and Sketch Up, etc;
4、Have strong creativity and full of enthusiasm about architecture；
5、with strong sense of responsibility and good team-work spirit, willing to communication with colleagues and customers. ;
6、excellent professional English is preferred.
