1.Welcome guests.
2.Establish good relationship with guests, assist them to have a “home more than home” experience when staying in this hotel.
3.Provide professional service and deal with guests’ requirement, consultation, complaints.
4.Coordinating the service of other departments.
5.Assist Front Desk to do check-in and check-out.
6.Introduce hotel facilities and show room.
7.Do the promotion of hotel products.
8.In charge of receiving VIP arrival.
9.Other assigned tasks.
