English Teacher

Job description:

Highgate International English海格国际英语 is currently recruiting full-time and part-time English teachers in Jinan, rapidly growing the capital city of Shandong province. We are looking for responsible, professional and passionate individuals to join our team.

Salary:
The monthly pay will be 12000-15000 CNY a month (after tax), plus accommodation provided.
Class size:
The number ranges from 1-8 students per class. This, however, does not include EC (English Corner) which could have anywhere from 3-20 students just depending on the day and time of the year.
Class content:
All lesson plans and materials are provided. Most of the lessons are speaking and listening training or general English lessons.

Requirements:

1. Idiomatic level of English.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. TEFL or TESOL is preferred.
4. Sociable, organized, responsible
5. Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and standard health check

Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with the CM and DOS in ensuring the constructive communication and efficient operation of the center
2. Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
3. Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration classes, conversation clubs and presentations
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, love kids and enjoy teaching
5. Support from senior management for academic excellence with excellent classroom materials, and teacher-led procurement
