Job Descriptions
1.按照课程标准钻研教材，做好教学计划和准备，并使用英语教授和帮助学员进行英语学习，培养和锻炼学员的英语口语、书面语和阅读能力；
1. You are supposed have a thorough understanding of the textbooks, make teaching plans. Also, during the lessons, you should use English to help students improve their speaking, writing and reading abilities.
2.充分备课，积极配合教学主管做好教学、教研、服务等工作。
2. You are supposed to get well prepared for every lesson, and you should also cooperate with the director in teaching and researching, as well as service.
3.对学员的学习情况和家长保持密切的联系，确保学习效果达成；
3. You are supposed to stay in touch with the parents and make sure their children have made progress.
4.积极参加学校及部门组织的各种培训、学习、研讨活动；
4. You are supposed to participate actively in training, teaching and researching activities organized by the school.
5.服从并完成学校及部门安排的其他工作。
5. Besides teaching, you are supposed to accept and finish other tasks arranged by the school.
任职要求：
Requirements:
1、母语为英语者优先；
1. Priority will be given to those who speak English as mother tongue
2、有教学相关认证者优先
2. Priority will be given to those who have teaching qualifications.
