软件测试工程师（QA）

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher in computer science, computer engineering
- Be able to work independently
- Conscientious working attitude
- English Level:
1. Basic English Level: CET-4 (non-English major basic skills)
2. Spoken English Level:Working level Communication
3. Reading writing English Level: Write & Read emails memos and reports. (Business and technical related)

Technical Requirement
- 3 year professional experience in software testing, have good understanding of testing.
- At least 1 year experience in automated testing (or relative development experience in C# or Java scripts), be able to automate existing test cases using existing testing framework.
- Have good communication skills. Be able to actively discuss issues, propose suggestions and report status to managers and developers independently.
- Excellent problem solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints as well as changing priorities. Active and creative.
- Experience with UI automation tool--Selenium is a plus.
- Experience with Web UI, Web API or cloud project is a plus.

Job Responsibility
- Communicate independently with business analysts and development team in US to understand business requirement, and design QA test plan, test case and test data independently.
- Plan and execute tests efficiently in agile mode.
- Automate test cases and maintain existing scripts.
- Run manual and automation regression on a regular basis.
