Position: Category Purchasing Manager

General Mission:
Ø Based on company strategy, build and optimize the product assortment and service proposal
Ø Follow up regular market research, and analysis sales data
Ø Build & manage suppliers relationship
Ø Purchase products with best price and guarantee the quality of product and service
Ø Provide the store with sales advise and training support concerning the range
Ø Manage category purchasing assistants’ work

Skills:
Ø Ability to work with different departments
Ø Ability to work in English environment, knowledge of French is a plus
Ø Good command of Office Series and Internet skills
Ø Be patient and humility
Ø Good negotiation and communication skills, preciseness and good planning, good analyze and integration abilities, team working, and integrity

Experience and background:
Ø Bachelor or Double degrees
Ø 5 years or more related working experience, in which 2 years as manufacturer or in big retailer purchasing position
Ø Has high potential

职责描述：
Ø 了解市场，根据公司的经营策略，建立并优化管理产品结构和服务计划
Ø 定期市场调查，并对销售数据进行详细分析
Ø 了解建材市场以及供应商，对供应商的产品进行初选，并与供货商进行有效谈判，并维护供应商渠道
Ø 在确保产品质量的前提下，以最低成本购到产品
Ø 在所管理的产品范围内，为商店提供营销指导和培训支持
Ø 对部类采购助理进行管理

技能要求：
Ø 具有在不同部门工作的能力
Ø 能在英语工作环境下工作, 懂法语者优先考虑
Ø 熟练掌握电脑办公软件
Ø 具有耐心和谦逊的心态
Ø 较强的谈判和沟通交流能力, 工作严谨, 计划性强, 团队合作好, 有较强的分析和综合能力,能在压力下工作, 能保守商业机密, 廉洁

经验背景：
Ø 本科或双学士及以上
Ø 5年以上相关工作经验,其中2年生产厂家或大卖场采购管理经验
Ø 具有发展潜力
