外籍教师

(一) 岗位职能：

1. 针对课程安排，进行讲授

2. 完整准确地完成课程的教授

3. 教具、教学设备以及其他教辅产品的课前准备或交接、课后整理

4. 详细记录学生的考勤并及时和家长、领导沟通并交接情况；

5. 参与中心的节日活动组织、实施。

6. 做好学生的续班工作。

（二）招聘要求：

1. 英语为母语或者第二母语国家，口语无明显当地口音；

2. 具备在中国合法居留权，应提供合法护照和签证

3. 大学本科或以上学历

4. 无违法犯罪记录，无不良或违法的嗜好

5. 热爱教育行业，对中小学教育的特点和教育方式熟知

6. 有在中国知名少儿英语培训机构工作经验

7. 有TESOL、TEFL证书

8. 大学本科及以上学历，教育学、心理学相关专业者优先，研究生学历优先

Foreign teacher’s duties:

1. Conducting classes on the schedule

2. Completing and accurate completion of the course

3. Pre-class preparation of teaching aids, teaching equipment and other supplementary material; and after-class tidiness

4. Record students’ attendance in detail and communicate with parents and leaders in a timely manner;

5. Participate in organizing and implementing festival activities at the campus.

6. Doing students’ class renewal work.

Requirements for foreign teacher’s recruitment:

1. English as mother tongue or as second language with no obvious local accent

2. Have legal right of abode in China. (should provide legal passport and visa)

3. Bachelor degree or above

4. No criminal records, and no bad or illegal hobbies

5. Interest in the education industry and is familiar with the characteristics and educational methods of primary and secondary education

6. Have earned experience in at least one famous children's English training institution in China

7.Carries TESOL or TEFL certificate

8. Bachelor degree or Masters, especially pedagogy or psychology-related professional is preferred
