* About Exuberant English Academy
Chengdu is one of the happiest cities according to the Orienal Outlook magazine. It is rapidly become a global hub in the south west of China. It has a well deserved reputation for being a city that is hard to leave!
Exuberant English Academy is one of the most distinguished regional language training brands in Southwest China. It was founded by Mr. Lin Xu in 2008. The new campus is located within the Tianfu International Community in Chengdu, China, occupying an office building of 4300 square meters.
The academy has six different departments: Kid's department, Junior Department, Overseas Studies Department, Corporate Training Department and Department of Translation and Interpreting. Our students are of all ages from kindergarten learners to Business executives. We cater for all levels too.

* Who are we looking for?
We are looking for ESL teachers, who is able to teach young learners from 3-18 years old.
You are:
A native English speaker (passport holder) from U.S.A, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.
Bachelor’s Degree or above.
At least a year English teaching experience in training center, primary or middle school.
A TEFL, TESOL or CELTA Certification holder preferred.
Able to obtain a clear background check.
Able to provide non-criminal certificate in mother country.
Ability to sign at least one full-year contract.
Responsible for teaching and mentoring young students from the age of 3-18 years old.
Provide detailed lesson plans and syllabus; expect to be ; be cooperative, organized and disciplined;
To use a variety of methods and activities to help students improving their level of English.
Be a team player, with a positive attitude to your students, colleagues and workplace.
Be highly motivated and goal orientated.
Have a good sense of humor, disposition a long-term cooperation intentions are also desired.
Having strong interpersonal skills, being an excellent communicator.
* What Exuberant English Academy will provide for our ESL teachers?
Working visa: We will offer our full-time ESL Teachers a legal working visa in China for a full contract.
A competitive salary: The salary for Exuberant English Academy ESL teachers will range from around 12,000-20,000rmb (based on qualifications and experience) per month.
2 weeks training : We will provide 2 weeks academic training supports and Tesol certification programs for our ESL teachers by experience and qualified Western Director of Studies.
Brilliant resources for different classes: Every teacher is provided with designed teacher’s books and manuals, CDs, supplies and props for games. Our multimedia-capable classrooms are equipped with interactive white boards and a host of online resources.
Flight allowance: Our ESL Teachers will get 8000rmb for the completion of a full contract.
Accommodation allowance: We will provide 2500rmb monthly as an accommodation allowance.
Comprehensive support: We will offer Airport pick-up upon arrival、Foreign Staff Care and engagement. Meanwhile, we also would like to prepare a welcome dinner for our new ESL teachers once they work for Exuberant English Academy.
Activity for Exuberant English Academy ESL teachers: to promote our company culture, we would like to offer various local activities to our ESL teachers in order to let them integrate into Chinese culture deeply.
Health insurance: We will offer a whole year’s health insurance to our ESL teachers.
10-15 days off: We will offer a consistent schedule around 10-15 days off annually. As well as the usual public holiday as notified by the state, which includes about 2-3 weeks through the year.
Relocation Assistance First Week: First week accommodation at our expense and housing loan of 7000rmb on arrival will be offered.
Bonuses: We will provide substantial increases to bonuses and incentives for teachers returning for a second year or third year with our organization, and do all we can to help teachers grow with us as long as they’d like to.
