Ensuring a memorable meal time by giving caring and courteous service, providing information, responding to problems, and dealing with guests in a friendly and ever-hospitable manner.
在客人停留用餐过程中为他们提供热情周到的服务，回答客人的问题，提供信息等。
Departure用餐结束
Collect guest comments and guest information after their meal for returned merchandise.
客人用餐结束后收集顾客评论和顾客信息，以争取客人再次消费。

Ensuring consistency of standards throughout the operation by adhering to Marco Polo brand standards

Other Duties 其他职责
 Exercise responsible hostess behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Marco Polo International.
在任何时间表现负责的咨客行为，并以积极的形象代表酒店管理团队和马哥孛罗国际。
 Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Colleague Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.

 Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
确保高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
 Respond to changes in the RB&E function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

 Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
需要时参加培训课程和会议。
 Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
