职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Greet the guests;
2.Provide check-in/check-out service for golf/hotel for foreign guests;
3.Assist and reply any queries for foreign guests;
4.Collect guest comments of the feedback on our services and facilities;
5.Handle complaints from foreign guests;
6.Provides cordial attention to guests by overseeing and following the 6 – phase guest relations focus: pre-arrival; arrival; in-house; departure; follow up & promotion;
7.Reports directly to and communicates with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations;
8.Maintains the effective guest relations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition & service;
9.Provide English language training to the local staff;
10.Fulfill the other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master degree holder, and majoring in Hospitality/Leisure management;
2.At least 2 years relevant working experience in international hotel management group or high star hotel;
Service mindset;
3.Ability to handle multi-task under pressure & deal with emergencies;
4.Must be patient, dynamic and eager to learn in work;
5.Good communication skills & interpersonal skills;
6.Self-disciplined, team-work spirit & sense of responsibility;
7.Fluent English speaking & writing.
