任职要求：
Job qualification:
1.正规院校本科及以上学历；（英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验可适当放宽）
College degree or above;(English major,School of education,havework experiencesor abroad experience are considered first.)
2.英语基础功底扎实，口语标准、流利；
Good foundation of English,fluent oralEnglish.
3.性格活泼开朗，表现力强，喜欢孩子；
Outgoing and active,love to work with thekids；

4.热爱并致力投身于少儿英语教育事业，对教育行业有自己的认知和想法；
Love and devote yourself to the BasicEnglish educational career,have specialrecognition and ideas about the education
sector.
5.具有良好的沟通能力，勇于创新和接受新的教育理念，有能力创作教学资料；
Good communication skill,embrace withcreative and new educational idea;be activeto make up the teaching resources.

岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:

1、全英文授课，制定授课教案；
Full-English teaching,and design theteaching plan;
2、根据课程安排，完成相应的教学任务；
According to the course arrangement,accomplish the teaching task;
3、通过微信教学、日常沟通方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，提供优秀的授课服务；
Provide good teaching service;use differentway(Wechat and phone-call)tocommunicate with the students to help themimprove.
