Recruiter

Job Duty:
1. Work closely with business leaders to understand the organization hiring needs and build effective recruit plan;
2.Utilize international recruit channels to find qualified candidates.Be good at through the internet to find external designers resources, include art outsourcing.Finally, suitable price reached cooperation with company.
3. Understand deeply into the mobile production process and project management.
4.Have a strong aesthetic, accurate assessment of the designer’s works.
5. Build long term and diverse talent pipeline and keep warm line with qualified candidates;

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of related experiences on recruitment;
2. Strong skill on communication and time management;
3. Proven service-minded and strong customer service focus, flexible and open to new ways of doing business.
4. Have mobile products experience is the best.
