Responsibilities 工作职责
- Giving proper lessons to the students. 对学生授课
-Lessons preparation. 备课
-Classroom set-up. 布置教室
-Keeping teaching equipment in good conditions. 保管好教具

Qualifications 素质要求
-Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历
- Fluent in English，has teacher certificate or TEFL or TESOL certificate . 英语表达流畅，有本国教师资格证或TEFL或TESOL证书。
-Excellent communications kill. 较强的沟通能力

Leadership quality 领导素质
-Outgoing, energetic, passionate, and cheerful. 外向、有活力、积极向上、乐观
-Love and enjoy working with children. 喜欢与孩子打交道
-Priority will be given to the individual (Chinese or Foreigners) with a diploma in children education from overseas. 有海外幼教学历者优先考虑
-Teaching background is an advantage. 有教育经验者优先考虑
-Available for working at weekends. 在周末有工作时间
(Priority will be given to those who good at singing and acting.) 能歌善舞者优先考虑

岗位要求:
1.Native English speaker， American ，British，Canadian，Austrilian, New Zealand preferred.
英语为母语的外籍教师（美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰本土人士优先考虑）。
2. has rich experience in teaching children English，Enjoy teaching，good communication， organization and management skills.
有丰富教学经验，热爱教学，语言表达能力强，有组织能力能够调动学员的积极性，善于与学员沟通者优先。
3. strong personal charisma, sense of humor, knowledge widely;， be responsible for and be patient with students， be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
具有独特的个人魅力，幽默感，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神。

职位描述：
1）teaching 3-to-12-year-old kids at school.
2) full paid at 15th every month.
3）10-30 lessons per week, 40mins for each lesson
4）free to choose the time for the class, but you need to arrange the time a week ahead.
1）上课形式：教授少儿英语，3-12周岁小朋友;
2）授课时间：40分钟/节课，每周上课节数在10-30节课
3）课程安排：根据老师的时间档安排课程，老师需提前一周确定可以排课的时间档
4）上课报酬：每月15号发放上月工资。
