Content Management Specialist（Casablanca Office）

Responsibilities
1. Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms.
2. Development, improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of the online communities.
3. Improving the content management strategy for the short video platforms.
4. Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations.

As a content management specialist, you will be responsible for the online safety and legal compliance of content across ByteDance’s short video platforms in Arabic countries.

Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Linguistic competence: Native or near native in Arabic.
3. Strong executive skills and ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing work environment.

Preferred Requirements
4. Active user of and familiarity with short video products (e.g. musical.ly, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
5. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations.
6. Passionate about the technology scene and entertainment/media industry.
7. Showing care about current world events, with great sensitivity towards social issues.
Work Time:
9hours per day

١. مسؤول عن أمن محتوى الفيديوهات القصيرة لضمان محتوى المنصة يتتفق مع القوانين واللوائح
٢. مسؤول عن وضع معيار الأمن لمحتوى منصة الفيديوهات القصيرة ومسؤول عن تنفيذه.
٣. الاشتراك في إصلاح منظمة إدارة المحتوى وتحسين التكتيك
٤. معالجة المحتويات المخالفة وتجديد المعيارفي وقته متطابقا مع الإدارة الرئيسية

صلاحيات الوظيفة:
١.يجب ان يمتلك بالدرجة فوق البكالوريوس ،ويجب ان يكون من مستخدمي الفيديوهات القصيرة
٢.يجب ان يكون من ناطقي اللغة العربية ام يتقنها ويستطيع ان يتبادل بالانجليزية اوبالصينية بطلاق أثناء العمل
٣ .يجب ان يهتم بالأحداث ويكون حساسا للأخبار الاجتماعي
٤.يجب أن يعرف قوانين الانترنت ولوائحها جيدا ويعرف مقياس الاشراف على الانترنت
٥.يجب ان تمتلك بشعور المسؤولية وبقدرة التعبير القوية في مجالي الكتابة والشفوية وبقدرة الدراسة والتنفي
