English Teacher

Responsibilities:
1. In the face of 1.5-6-year-old baby curriculum teaching, combined with the western curriculum system, using international teaching concepts and methods, curriculum design and development; 2. Organization and implementation of course teaching and related activities;
3. Actively carry out teaching and research activities, communicate and discuss with foreign teachers, and improve professional ability and curriculum quality;
4. The kindergarten will hold open class, actively cooperate with the participants, understand the needs and preferences of children and parents, and arrange the curriculum.
Requirements:
1. Native English preferred, bachelor degree or above
2. At least 2 years of relevant working experience of teachers;
3. Strong English expression ability, lively lecture, broad knowledge, willing to play and interact with children;
4. Love teachers' profession, think creatively, be good at improving teaching process through teaching reflection, and help students improve their abilities in all aspects.

任职要求：
1. 母语为英语国家优先，学士学历以上
2. 具备2年以上教师相关工作经验；
3. 具有很强的英文表达能力，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广，乐于与孩子们游戏互动；
4. 热爱教师行业，开拓性思维，善于通过教学反思改进教学过程，助力学生各方面能力的提升。
