English Training Teacher for kids

Job Description
1.Minimum one-year contract.
2.To provide classroom instruction to 10-12 students (aged from 3-10) with the assistance of one local teacher. Text books, interactive white board, teaching software, and lesson plans are provided by the training center.
3.To provide high-quality professional teaching at all times.
4.To prepare and provide demonstration classes as required.
5.To help students reach the level of English specified in the course learning objectives.
6.To provide academic advice and assistance to students in and out of the classroom.
7.To prepare new materials as requested.
8.To promote and maintain a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere at all times.

Schedule:
Hours: Six days per week (40 hours including a maximum 25 class hours)
One weekday per week will be given as time off. These days will vary upon discussion with the center director (CD).

Qualifications
1. Native English speakers (passport holder from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa) Or Non-native speaks with fluent English preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree required. (Education-related degrees preferred)
3. TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification .
4. One or more years’ English teaching experience.
5. Excellent communication skills, outgoing and friendly personality. Reliability and a strong work ethic required.
7. Mandatory criminal background check (CBC).
8. Mandatory health check.



Benefits
1.Salary: 12K RMB - 14K RMB for non-native (based on experience);16K-18K RMB for native speakers.

5.Annual Leave: Five days of annual leave per year (Ten days for people with ten or more years’ working experience).
