Start Date: March, 2019
Location: On Pearl River side, Zhujiang New Town, the central business area of Guangzhou, China
Salary: Before tax 28,000 – 33,000 RMB / Month Benefits (see below) 6% to 10% annual salary increase
Students: 2.5 – 6 Years Old.
Allocation of Teachers: 20 to 22 students in a class are with 4 teachers.
Working Hours: 5 Days and 40 working hours per week.
Flight Allowance: 5500 for RMB single trip, 10,500 RMB per school year
Visa application: School pays for working visa application, Health Check and No Criminal Check notarization and authentication documents.
Accommodation: First 4 months Free. From the 5th month, Before tax 4000 RMB housing allowance per month.
Holiday: 11 Chinese National Holidays , 8 days Winter Vacation for Christmas 8 days Chinese New Year Vacation 4 days Spring Break 7 to 8 weeks Summer Vacation
Retention Bonus: one month salary a year according to service years.

Job Responsibilities:

1. As BKIK IB coordinator, responsible for the construction of IB curriculum system, make PYP happen, make BKIK to be IB authorized school;
2. Responsible for curriculum management(include IB curriculum, Single subject , afterschool extended class, etc. ) and teaching events based on western culture and Chinese culture, to improve teaching quality and parents satisfaction; If school need, to be homeroom teacher temporarily;
3. Responsible for teachers management (include teacher recruitment , curriculum meeting, training, internal and external visit and sharing, mental coaching, informal communication, etc.) to build teachers’ positive attitude and teaching capacity, make a happy teaching team;
4. Participate in and support school brand building, admission activities to achieve annual school KPI and business development goals.
5. Communicate with IBO and other international education organizations; bring in IB curriculum system, and teaching materials, which are not only suitable for students, the China context, but also meet the IB criterion;
6. Organize the internal assessment of IB courses; Apply for IBO certification.
7. Build up teaching team, single subject teaching team; Carry out teaching training; Regularly organize teaching and research meetings; Follow up and improve the teaching quality;
8. According to the teaching feedback, parents’ feedback and kindergarten’s teaching development goals, constantly update the English curriculum, specialist courses and improve course evaluation.
9. Together with teachers, develop, improve and implement music, drama, sports and other special derivative courses.
10. Together with teachers, organize various campus activities to enrich student life and enhance students' practical ability and safety awareness.
11. According to the teaching objectives and students feedback, parents feedback, regular assess the working performance of teachers and specialist teachers, offering counseling, mentality communication and vocational development communication. According to kindergarten’s business plan, actively participate in the enrollment through class enrollment, summer camps, winter camps, international study tours and other special education services, kindergarten teaching peripheral product development and sales, to achieve operating income and profit targets.
12. Design kindergarten’s overall teaching objectives, teaching mode, curriculum system, and promote the formation of kindergarten’s unique teaching philosophy.
13. Stimulate English version of management systems and processes for kindergarten’s reference; proofread the English text to make the management system meet the international education standards; oversee the implementation of the system in various departments.
14. Attend kindergarten’s various conferences; and inform teachers of the kindergarten’s business targets; follow up work to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
15. Attend kindergarten’s regular and special conferences; submit department’s data, documents, and reports.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Majored in Education is preferred
3. With more than 5 years’ working experience in kindergarten or primary school; With more than 2 years’ experience in IB kindergarten or IB Primary school; With experience in IB school in China is preferred;
4. Holder of internationally accredited education-related vocational certificate and foreign expert certificate issued by the Chinese government.
5. Familiar with international early years education system and teaching methods;
6. With the knowledge of early years education theory and kindergarten management
7. Able to carry out kindergarten’s English teaching work independently;
8. European or American nationality, native English speakers with good image and good health;
9. Good creativity, communication and organization skills;
10. With business thinking, being forward-thinking and active; Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
11. Good professional ethics: integrity and confidentiality awareness
