【Job Description of EAL Teacher position at UniBest】
Your adventure starts here with UniBest International Education Inc.Teach English at public schools under a government funded project at Lishui county of Foshan city, Guangdong Province.
This is a pilot project,under which international teachers teach oral English and bring international vison to students from six public schools included in this project.

【Where do you teach】
You are going to teach at public schools of Lishui county, Foshan city, Guangdong province.

【What are you going to teach】
You are going to teach oral Fnglish lo sludents ageing from 9 to 15 years old(Grade 3 to Grade 8).
The goals of your teaching are to advance students' learning of English from their regular English classes and, moreover, to develop their international vision.
Through your teaching,you will prove to your students that English learning is full of fascinating challenges and fun as well.
Teaching materials,including the teaching books used in the schools and teaching slides designed by UniBest will be provided as your reference to develop your own lesson plans.

【Here are the details of your responsibilities】
1.Work to upmost 30 hour per week, including or average 25 classes (40 mins per class) plus floating office hours.
2.Participate in curriculum revision and course design.
3.Lead or attend schools’ meeting on teaching and research.
4.Lead or attend company’s committee meeting as well as training and sharing sessions.
5.Constantly monitor and support students’ progress and be accountable for that progress.
6.Participate in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

【Are you eligible for the positions】
To be eligible for the positions, you must meet the following requirements which are both necessary for your work visa application and the needs of the positions.
【Here are the requirements】
1. Native English speaker from Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
2. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
3. At least 1 year of teaching experience for education program graduates or at least 2 years of teaching experience for non-education grogram graduates.
4. Obtaining teacher's certificate from any one of the above countries and/or one of the following certificates: TEFL, TESOL, TESL, or CELTA.
5. Clear criminal background check from residence country, issued within 6months of application.
6. Passionate in teaching, especially young leaners.
7. Cross-cultural awareness.
8. Team-work spirit.

【What is your salary and benefits】
Teach English at public schools under a government funded project at Lishui county of Foshan city, Guangdong province.
This is a pilot project, under which international teachers teach oral English and bring international vison to students from six public schools included in this project.
1. Monthly salary: RMB 16,000-20,000, depending on your experience and capability of teaching.
2. Monthly accommodation/traffic(one from the two allowance: RMB 2,000.
3. Z-visa(work visa)sponsorship.
4. Full reimbursement of a round-trip flight and visa application fee.
5. Health and accident insurance, including accident, inpatient and outpatient treatment.
6. Paid public holidays (10 days in total per year).
7. Paid winter vacation (4 weeks)& summer vacation(8 weeks)(half monthly salary and full monthly accommodation allowance).
8. Airport pick-up upon arrival.
9. Appointed contact person for life support.
10.Regular socials for free participation.
