ESL/English Teachers Job Details:
Total 40 working hours/week (teaching office)
5 working days/week
Lesson planning and preparation
Assistance in placing new students
Participation in teacher trainings & workshops
Basic admin (attendance, homework etc.)
Class Size: 12-16 kids
Students Age: 3-17 years old
Requirements:
1. native English-speakers.
2. a Bachelors degree.
3. TEFL certificate
4.teaching experience preferred.
Salary&Benefits:
1.Basic Salary: starts 11000RMB after tax based on experience and qualifications.
2.Housing: 2000RMB monthly allowance.
3.Appraisal Bonus: up to 1000RMB/month
4. Flight : 10,000RMB/12 month.
5.Health Insurance: Comprehensive PICC Health Insurance.
6.Work visa: Paid Z-visa, residence permit and sponsored foreign experts teaching license
7.Holidays: up to 26 paid days holiday per year.
8.Loyalty Bonus: Up to 6000RMB Contract renew bonus and salary increase
9.Airport Pickup and Year-round logistics support.
10.Chinese classes: Live online Chinese classes through EF Chinesetown.
11.Monthly social and teambuilding events.
