English Teacher

ADULT TRAINING CENTER
1. Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language
2. Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development
3. Supervising test and exams and giving level tests
4. Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance
5. Counseling students
6. Participating in the school's social program including Extra Curricular Activities
7. (ECA's) and doing demo classes to potential customers
8. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school
9. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school
10. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee's holiday or the Employee's day off
11. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours, including meeting.

Remuneration Package:
A. Workload ：25 weekly teaching hours 15 office hours
Working hours per week are 40 hours, including 25 teaching hours and 15 office hours. The 40 hours should be equally distributed into 5 days. Likely schedule between Mondays to Fridays is 13:30 to 21:00. Likely schedule on weekends is 12:30 to 20:00.
B. Compensation and bonus:
1. Highly competitive Base Salary Housing Allowance: RMB15000-20000/month depending on qualifications and experiences.(A two-month probation period: RMB14000-19000/month)
