Job Description
1.Welcome guests.
2. Establish good relationships with guests, assist them to have a "home more than home" experience when staying in this hotel.
3. Provide professional service and deal with guests'requirements, consultation, complaints.
4. Coordinating the service of other departments.
5. Assist Front Desk to do check-in and check-out.
6. Introduce hotel facilities and show room.
