Job Description
Responsibilities:
1, receive and greet guests, check the reception of important guests. Handling guest complaints and filing important complaints as case files.
2. Assist hotel leaders and relevant functional departments to handle all kinds of emergencies in the hotel.
3, answer guest inquiries and provide necessary assistance and services to guests.
